Depends on the nature of the accident and extent of any injuries. No matter what, you need to accept responsibility by turning yourself in. the sooner you do so, the better it will be for you later -- the courts usually reward those who quickly step up and take responsibility for their wrongs. If its a serious case, you should definately have an attorney surrender you; I would be glad to do so. Contact me at [email protected].

I disagree.
Do not turn yourself in and do nothing until you consult with an attorney.
