My daughter left the scene of a motor vehicle accident she caused.
Should she bring an attorney to the hearing?

Yes, she should have an attorney. Leaving the scene is actually a fairly serious charge, although it is usually not difficult to deal with if the defendant does not have a criminal record.

She should retain an attorney to prepare her for the hearing and reprsesent her at it.
