Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Is it legal to buy cocaine online from a company in malta that claims it is legal to buy from them without any legal problems,as long as i don't resale it.Is it really legal to receive this product legally through the us mail,i don't want to break any federal laws,i'm a soldier just wondering i dont use,just for recreation use.Mr.soldier leave it at that for my name.

It is illegal for you to possess cocaine in Massachusetts under state law. Period.
It is illegal tor you to possess cocaine in the United States under federal law. Period.
It is illegal for you to ship Cocaine through the US Mail (send or receive). Period.
It is a criminal violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) for you to possess cociane anywhere in the world. Period.

I agree with Attorney Weicker. Now, think about it: if buying cocaine via the net were legal wouldn't everyone be buying it.
