Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Is this a legal search ?

Police entered my garage after they said they were responding to a girl and guy arguing. The girl was outside of my garage her boyfriend was upstairs. My son was charged with possesion of pot and alcohol(19 1/2) after they had him come into the house and get me they told me he was going to be arrested. I ask to see the warrant and they told me they didn't need one. When I asked why not they said they didn't and that they are going to charge me with disorderly house. I received my summons they other day. I did see my son arrest report and I know for a fact that the police officer wasn't telling the truth. What should I do next?

I hate to repeat what you have been told, but you need a lawyer to defend this for you. It is not something you can do yourself.
