Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
What I would like to know is if it's even possible to legally Travel in an automobile that I own without having said automobile registered and myself licensed by the "State" of MA by the means of using 'common law or not? Since having a license is a privilage not a right.

YOu have it backwards.
It is a privilege granted by the state that has a right to require to get a license and have the car registered, and if you do not you can be ticketed, and the car can be towed.
Where did you get this idea. This is something that has been decided long ago, and your position is a losing one, totally.
