Length of time to decide if case goes to superior court?
I have been charged with both a felony and misdemeanor and my case was at the pre-trial stage in district court when I was informed that it would be tried for superior court. Do you know how long the superior court prosecutor has to come back with a decision from the grand jury? I appreciate your help.

There are two issues:

1. Is a speedy trial;

2. You can simply request a probable cause hearing;
