Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Do you have to take a lie detector
My husband wasunfortunatly the last person at his place of employment the night that it was broken into 3 weeks ago. Today he was asked to go to the police station and was interrogated by way of intimidation. He didn't commit the crime but they claim there is evidence he did. We live in MA but he worked in RI- we are a low income family- where should I look for a possible pro bono attorney? They said that they wanted a lie detector test- does he have to do it? What should we do now?

Contact a criminal defense attorney before talking to the police.
