Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
i live at a family shelter. a girl here attacked me with my one year
old in my arms.i put my hand out to stop her and she punched me in the
face me and daughter both hit the ground. she kept hitting. it was
caught on camera and i have a feeling they will try to erase the
footage..is that legal? i am defiantly being discriminated against
because they took her side the whole time. so what should i do now? do
i need a lawyer? am i in the wrong? please help i really need advice.
thank you

The best thing to do is to tell the manager of the shelter and then notify the police.
