Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
we live in massachusetts, but, a woman filed a temporary restrainging order against my wife for electronic surveillance/stalking. The temporary order WAS issued but, the filer chose not to pursue and the order was dismissed. The order was issued in the state of washington.
My question; My wife will need to fill out a CORI form in order to chaperon my daughters high school event, but doing so, will this restraining order appear when she submits the CORI form for review?

Issuance of a temporary restraining order should not appear on the CORI.
