How long does the da have to indict u in mass? My boyfriend is being charged with b&e and has been held 5000$ cash bail for 60 days waiting if indicted

you should have been arraigned, and your lawyer should have scheduled a probable cause hearing by now. usually i have seen a lawyer do this in a month or under. 60 days seems long without a probable cause hearing. that it the way to pressure the DA's office to act.
