Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

lying x wife gets order of protection 7years ago

what to do? over seven years ago my x wife got an order of protection against me while she lived in massachusetts and I lived in arizona. just recently my drivers license gets suspended here in az because of 2 violations of this order of protection fron 1995. I thought this matter was resolved, I cant remember for sure. So because I called my children I get charged with violation of an order of protection. She set me up. I now have lost my job, my drivers license in Az and have a warrent for my arrest in Ma. I found out about this because I got pulled over and ended up going to jail for driving on a suspended license. I am indigent now only haveing the help of friends. Now face a court date here in Az for driving on a suspended. Not to mention the 7 + year old violation of an order of protection in Ma. I dont know if there is a statute of limitations for the mza violation. I cant go there to resolve this and cant afford an attorney to rep me on it either. what do I do?

Did you have notice of the RO?

Do you have a copy of it?

Did you get notice of any extension hearing?

These things do or should not -- at least under the law,

which unfortunately is rarely followed --

automatically get extended.

Where is your wife?

Out of what court is the RO?
