Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
MA law for identity theft says it's punishable by a fine and up to 2.5 years. Is that 2.5 years per count or just a total for the whole thing? This would be for a case involving dozens of fraudulent cards and many transactions. Thanks.
