Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
MA- Supported DSS Child abuse claim
When an allegation of physical abuse against me, a former mental health specialist, is supported, what am I to expect will happen from all of this? A child that in the care of me was improperly restrained due to the fact that the staff was understaffed and not trained efficiently enough to handle the situation.
Will this supported claim lead to lawsuits from the hospital? Or from the supposed victim? Should I appeal this immediately? Who should I turn to if I do not have enough money to afford quality, legal assistance?
Thank you for your time.

I do not understand your role in this claim. In any situation where a person's rights are alleged to have been violated, another person or entity with an interest can file a legal claim.
As far as defending yourself, I do not know who can assist you.
