maliciuos damage to a motor vehical

if i already have 2 felony charbes in NH that are all done with then i go to MA and get drunk and kick out a car window does that give the state grounds to charge me with a feloney?if so how can i get the felony dropped down to a misdomienor and is thier a chance i could get probation?and what do you think will happen?
