Re: married while on parole
Read the conditions of your parole. They likely can prohibit your leaving the state's jurisdiction without the court's permission and perhaps a transfer of your parole supervision to the new state of residence, but not prohit your getting married.
Request your attorney make arrangements with your parole officer and the court.
If you do not currently have an attorney and cannot make the arrangement on your own, consider retaining an attorney to assist you.
Good luck and congratulation on your marriage.
