Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

mass. law regarding tape recording evidence

I was verbally assaulted several times by my attorney's paralegal. The attorney made light of the problem. AAfter giving two days notice to him, I went to retrieve my files and was aggressively assaulted and threatened by his paralegal. (they settled an insurance claim and received money without my consent). Can I use the recording of this violent assault as evidence against her? I am filing criminal charges.

Respectfully,

Wanda

It is illegal to tape record someone's voice without their approval. As such, if this person did not give you their approval to record the conversation you certainly cannot use it as evidence.
