Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I am from Massachusetts, Essex county. have a question regarding if evidence, such as video, is lost or deleted. what happens to the defendant. any action for the Plaintiff ? this is a criminal, sexual assault/battery. location had a tape but I feel they may have deleted the video as the feel there was nothing on the tape. even though no one else sorry it.
