Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
In massachusetts if someone is found guilty of :credit card fraud over $250; id fraud; and larceny over $250 by single scheme, what type of sentence can this person face? This person has no priors.

Most like a probation period, restitution. It may depend on the value of the fraud but most like, with no priors, will you not face jail. Give me a call to discuss.
