Is there a massachusetts statute that addresses online cyber sexual issues?

This is a photographer with model's released materials has asked that she engage in mutual online sex in exchange for not releasing the photo's to a general public.

I don't know what online cyber sexual issues means. However, an offer to engage in sex in exchange for something of value (not releasing photos) could constitute prostitution. If the photographer initiated the discussion by seeking sex in exchange for not releasing the photos then the photographer may have committed the crime of extortion. Depending on the age of the model and the content of the photographs, other crimes could be described in these facts such as distributing pornography or child pornography.
