Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Minor Children
My children, ages 9 and 10, were recently slandered on a hockey DBoard Website. Can this person be held accountable for posting such an entry when it's concerning a minor?

First you need to ask the site, and ask them to remove any material regarding your kids. You can ask for a cease and desist, and demand a retraction.
This is true regardless of whether the targets are adults or children.
You want to send this by certified mail with a return receipt. Give them a deadline.
