if a minor was molested by and adlut that is not part of the minor family will that minor face charges as well or if not will that minor be sent in to foster care?

You have not identified any facts to suggest the minor should face any share of responsibility for or risk of legal culpability for having been the innocent victim of crime as you describe. Good luck.

Based on the facts there is no indication the minor should face any charges. If they were an innocent victim they should report this to their family and the authorities. Good Luck!
