My 17 year old nephew was served a restraining against 14 year old neighbor--name removed-- by her mother--name removed----name removed--She had an abortion in conneticut--name removed--He is now facing charges for that--name removed--Although she is under age it was mutual--name removed--She lives across the street and 25 feet away--name removed----name removed--She continues to attempt contact with him--name removed--What can be done?

Your nephew has some serious problems that require the assistance of an attorney. He should avoid the girl and note each and every time she calls or contacts him. He may want to report her contacts to the local police so they too have a record of her actions. Additionally, if she is attempting to vist him, trespass changes may be sought to keep her away.
