Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

mis use of name in e-mail

Someone has been sending harrassing e-mails to another person using a yahoo accout, in the mail they refer to me by first name only,

I do not have these e-mails

what recourse do I have?

ok I am not sure what else to write other than the e-mails were in some cases sexual i.e. leave Ron (not the real named used in the e-mail) alone, he belongs to mary (also not the real name) now Mary would be referring to me,

when Ron comes to Europe Mary will be with him and they will have romantic nights, she will f_ _ k him good...

the emails were in this kind of context sent to another person.

now the other 2 people are saying that they traced the mail back to me via an IP address, I never sent them,
