missed court date
he was picked up on a warrant for missing a court date, on a license plate violation and had to appear in court today in another city, but he has kidney stones and is having surgery, so he couldnt make it to the court he has to be on bed rest, can they move it to the city we live in? whats going to happen now?

He should retain an attorney to explain this matter to the court and get the default warrant remove so it can be rescheduled.

You need to return to court where the action; show them any evidence of a medical condition, and remove the warrant.
No, you cannot change he venue for this.
