Missing Person
I had a friend go missing 3 yrs ago and I have interview with the F.B.I and Boston Police. They want me to take a polyagraph now , what are my rights.

There is no doubt that you need to consult with a criminal lawyer familiar with these situations. I would not advise a client to go to such a meeting without counsel.

You should retain an attorney and decline to speak with them unless your attorney is present.
