Molestation
2 yrs ago = high school = 16yrs old. Francisco slapped my butt I yelled at him 2 stop. Some time later I went 2 his house. After we kissed he told me 2 follow him 2 the kitchen. It had been the first time I had been there. He showed me a room and started to feel me up by the doorway. I told him not to touch me and tried to pull away it was then he got me on the bed and started to grab me. I fought with him, trying to push his body off He began going under my clothes. I pleaded no, please but he wouldnt stop. When he unbuckled his pants I began to cry and he got off. He was telling me he was sorry but he was still on me and touching my face. When he got off I didnt say anything I just left. What happened intent 2 rape, molest? Can I press charges, a restraining order. He denys it so its my word against his
