Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
much needed answer
had a case back in 1996 that I plead guilty to and it was a felany I just found out sept 27,2008 that it was open meaning the case was still open.have been pulled over no warrants but when it came to a job I could not understand why I could not find one.I did my year probation.is there anything legally I can do to the court that did this.

You should go to the court and get a copy of your docket, and compare this to the entries on the documents in the file. If you need help, call me.

If you still owe money, then the case will never be closed. Go to court and ask why it is still open?
