Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Neighbor harassment, privacy

My neighbor and her family continuously shout foul epithets at me. I do not respond. She also keeps taking pictures of me in my yard and flash photos into our windows including an upstairs bedroom. Is this a criminal violation and could it be considered criminal harassment. This woman has been quoted as wanting to drive me out of the neighborhood.

It certainly sounds like harrassment to me. Contact the local police and if they refuse to do anything call the local District Attorney's office or go to the local courthouse and speak directly with the District Attorney. The first step should be the police.
