Obligation to report a crime

Do I have an obligation to report a crime if I am the only person who knows about it?

Depending on your level of involvement, you may be at risk of being implicated as an accessory after the fact. Please provide more facts about what happened.

In Massachusetts, I know of no such obligation. However, you may or may not want to.
