OUI arrest
CDL lic holder , arrested in private vehicle , had a DUI 23 years ago . in Massachusetts , what am I looking at for penalties and possable charges ?

I'm not sure what your question is. If you have been arrested again for an oui, then you could still possibly get a first offense disposition. However, it is likely the registry of motor vehicles will still deem it a second offense and therefore give you an extended loss of license. I believe the restrictions are even more strict with CDL's.
