Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

overturn my verdict
My girlfriend had me arrested for a domestic she was going insane she lied to the police because she didnt know what she was doing because she was supposed to take her meds she has a history of depresion and a stress disorder she dont remember anything. so i went to jail for 26 days my lawyer told me i was looking at 2rs in jail if i tried to fight it so i pled guilty because she was off the wall and i was worried about my 20 month old daughter.2 days after i got out my girlfriend was taking to ballpate for a week my question is can i have my guilty plea overturned my girlfriend said she would tell them that she dont remember anything about the insident because she was not on her meds .thank you.

You may try to move to vacate your plea for what appears like ineffective assistance of counsel, and put the matter bac on track.
