Passenger in a Car accident

I was the Passenger in a car accident. I was in th car that was struck and i left the scene/ The person i was with was not allowed to have passengers.. wondering what laws there are against that and what i can face?

It depends on lots of things, like your age; did the driver get arrested and what for; was driver hurt? Were passengers in other car hurt? The list goes on. Without the specifics, its impossible to tell you anything meaningful.
