Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
The Peabody district court in Peabody Ma 01960 is closed due too flooding in the downtown area.. How long can the court be closed when one is to have court on that day. Is there any way to have the case transfered to another city.

That court is near me. The water is now cleared up in the area. The court should be up and running in the next few days. Check with the clerks office to make sure you were not defaulted.
