Penalties for breaking and entering and theft of dental equip and drugs

Hello,

A family member of mine was just caught with a nitrous oxide tank, dental drugs and other items. What kind of penalties do these have?

It depends. You have simply not provided enough facts.

The maximum penalty is not the guideline. It depends on the situation, the person's background and other factors. Having said that:

If the sentence is consecutive, then one follows the other. If it is concurrent, the they run at the same time.

From the little you said, the person could be facing, in the district court, up to 2.5 years.

I suggest that this person engage or consult with an attorney.

If the family member needs assistance or wants to contact me for a consultation, I would be available.
