Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Personal Property

I lived with my son's mother in her apartment MA, since we have broken up. I obtained a Restraining Order from the Distric Court, she was aware of the order but was not officially served until the day following the hearing at the same district court when she falsely file a restraining order against me. How can I get my property from her place? She has violated her and my restraining order with restricted cell phone calls witnessed and documented by 4 different witnesses.

1. You can ask a District Court judge to get an order and have the police escort you.

2. You can and should file reports with the police, and if the police do not issue a complaint, then you can file an application for a criminal complaint in the court with jurisdiction over her.

ok?
