police statement

can a police officer call a family member of a person who was arrested down to the police station to have that or those family members view a statement police officer made the arrested person fill out and sign ?

The police officer can call any person in the world to ask questions. It is up to the person being called to set limits, or even refuse to participate.

As to the issue of being forced to make a statement and sign it, this is a different matter.
