Possession of a Class D Substance
I was charged with possession of a class D substance in Massachusetts, but i attend college in maine (18 years old). does anybody have any suggestions regarding penalties, and whether or not i need to involve my parents in this matter?

I don't know about parents, but you should definately hire a good criminal defense lawyer. Possession of Class D is till a crime in MA and if you are found guilty, you will lose your license for 1 year and you will lose options for financial aid at school. Get a good lawyer.
