How do I go about pressing charges on my childrens biological father for stealing my daughter's identity?

You left out some important information, but there are essentially two ways to do this: (1) Take it to the police, and let them take it from there; or (2) bypass the police and file an Application for Criminal Complaint in District Court yourself. Either way, you would probably be better served by consulting with an attorney first. Good luck.

I agree with Attorney Davis. If you file an application for criminal complaint I would certainly talk with an attorney first, so that you include all of the important facts in the application.
