Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I am on probation for a hit and run dui and i was arrested last night for a domestic and property destruction. I have to go to court tomorrow. Will they keep me in jail tomorrow?

There will likely be a future hearing to determine if your new arrest is a probation violation. If you have an open case (no resolution prior to trial) they may hold you for 60 days. But if you are truly on probation, your prior case may not still be "open." Contact me directly for help.
