Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
i'm on probation in mass for sending my ex harrassing text messages and gps only to stay away from her. my question is my job driving requires me to temperary leave the state to make a delivery for work can i do it while wearing a gps. the only requirment for the gps is for me to stay away from her.

You should ask your probation officer. Your PO can give you permission. Otherwise you may not be able as a standard condition of probation is that you don't leave the Commonwealth.
