probation violation
what is the pentilty for a not showing up for once every 2 week appointment.im being charged with that and refusing drug test which i never refused, but did miss my last show up date. thank you

Re: probation violation
The penalty for a violation of probation is the maximum allowed for the underlying charge.
This means, if you were charged with a crime that had a maximum penalty of 1 year in House of Corrections, then the judge could find you in violation of probation and sentence you up to a year in the house of corrections. This is not to say that the judge will do this but it is the maximum penalty allowed under the law.
