Are prosecutors allowed to lie in court at a bail hearing?

It is highly unlikely that a prosecutor lied in court, especially on purpose. They may have received wrong information, or you may disagree with the facts that they may have provided on record. If you feel that there may have been a prosecutorial misconduct, it is wise to bring it up with your defense attorney.

The short answer to your question is that they are not allowed to lie in court at a bail hearing or at any other time. I also agree with what Attorney Mohammed has said in response to your question.
