Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I have a question about deciet. I was told that I would be part owner of a home by investing $10,000. The person then changed his mind and has not given me my money back. Do i have a case of deciet here?

You may very well have some kind of case. Call me if you'd like to discuss it. If you didn't get to be an owner, and didn't get your $10,000.00 back, you should have a criminal, as well as civil cause of action. But as I said, contact me.
