Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
question on being served
what if I refuse to sign a service in a lawsuit, I was also asked at first to do a resolve in the case, but was given nothing to show I am at guilt so I refused, now I am being served, at first thought ok I am innocent, now I do not want to sign it, the accusser says there is evidence, however I to have evidence showing it may be her..
do I have a right not to sign and if so what could happen

Refusal means nothing. I think that you misunderstand the process. Service can be achieved with or without your signature.
