Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
I am a rape victim
I was raped by 2 men, one was an aquaintance the other was a friend of his. I was hospitalized for 3 days and heavily sedated from the trauma of the rape. The aquaintance was arrested but the chrges were dropped by the prosecutor because the suspect said it was consensual and told police there was no other man. The prosector erroneously believed I had a relationship with this man.He also said I needed to get proof the other guy even exsists. The prosecutor had never met with me or spoken with me before deciding I was not credible. I believe there is enough evidence to convict this man and would like to know what I can do now. I thought about writing a letter to the Judge but I'm not sure if that would be proper. I don't have money to pay for an attorney and don't know of any pro bono attorneys who take on these kinds of cases.
Thank You
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

There is some information missing. Did you report this to the police, and were you interviewed? You can ask for an appointment with either a plice detective in charge of sexual assaults, or a supervisory district attorney who handles these assaults.

In this situation I would contact a civil attorney and sue both of these men in civil court. This would not get them a prison sentence, but it would get you a money judgement and a jury verdict that they did in fact rape you, if you were successful.
