Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
i just received my arraignment date from and incident 9 months ago for next week.I was arrested and bailed out on different incident last week. Can i be held without bail at this new arraignment or can they keep my bail from last week

The judge can revoke bail or set a cash bail due to the new charges while out on bail for a previous offense.

You should not be held without bail on the "new" charge next week, because the other incident happened 9 months before your bail warning.
