It will tell you to appear in court and on what day. You will probably need an attorney for this as it is a criminal matter. If you want you may call my office for a consultation at [email protected]. Jessica Foley, Esq.

The summons will indicate the name of the court in which you must appear, the date, the time, the charge, etc.

When you receive such a summons, you must appear for, what is likely to be your arraignment.
If you expect this, you should retain a criminal defense attorney right away to assist you even before your arraignment.
