Refusing to Testify

I am being charged with breaking and entering into my girlfriends house, and she refuses to testify against me,

if this case goes to a trial. Can the District Attorney

still subpeona her to testify ? She also would like to have this charge against me dropped ? What would she have to do in order to do this ? Thank you.
