Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Reporting A Felony- Mandatory or Not in MA?
I read in a legal book that it is mandatory in Massachusetts, that if you've witnessed a felony, that one has to report it?
Can someone please, please cite this law for me as it applies to an incident.
Thank you very much!

I don't know of any such law, and I don't believe one exists.
