Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
If I'm representing myself in court and I'm being tried with another defendant. Is asking to be tried separately on the day of the trial to late?

First you should not be representing yourself, and two it is probably too late unless you convey to the judge why you waited so long. This is why you should not represent yourself and get an attorney.
